Configuration Parameters Overview

The MAINTENANCE | EDIT COMPANY menu option provides access to your company-wide Micronet settings. If more than one company is setup in Micronet, you can select different configuration options for each one. These settings include:

• company-wide system settings
• buy and sell price names
• dates and periods
• tax and duty tables
• last used numbers
• default print formats
• setup of user defined questions (UDQs)
• default settings for the various Micronet modules, e.g. Distribution, General Ledger and Creditors Ledger.

Technical Tip Many of the options you select in one screen impact on selections made in subsequent screens. Setting up your parameters should be performed by a qualified Micronet trainer, Service Desk operator, or authorised Micronet reseller.
